The work itself
When you feel stuck in the work
Feeling stuck is part of this, not a sign you're doing it wrong. A turn that won't move, a question you can't answer yet, a pattern that flares back up after you thought it had settled — all of that is normal, and the work is built for it.
If a question doesn't land, you can say so in your own words, or sit with it and come back. The guide holds the structure and will meet you where you actually are rather than pushing you ahead. You can revisit a pattern you've worked before; resurfacing is the spiral doing what it does, and each return is a chance to meet it from steadier ground.
If you're stuck because something heavy has surfaced and it's more than inner work can hold right now, that's worth taking seriously — see "Is this therapy?" and "If you need help right now."
