Refunds

The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. The quarterly and annual plans are charged once and are non-refundable, which is why you always confirm the price before paying.

If something went wrong — a double charge, a renewal you genuinely didn't expect, a real hardship — contact us under Billing & subscription. We read every message and we'd rather make it right than leave you stuck.
