The AI guide, and choosing whether to use it

The guide is an AI that holds the structure of the work and asks the next real question. It's bounded on purpose — it isn't an open-ended chatbot you talk at, and it isn't a therapist. It works with what you bring to a turn and stays inside the path.

Using the guide is a separate, optional choice. When you subscribe, the coursework is yours to read and write in right away; turning the guide on is its own step, with its own clear consent, because it means an AI processes what you write in the cycle. If you'd rather not, that's a real choice — you keep the full coursework at the same price, and you can turn the guide on later. If you turn it on and change your mind, you can withdraw from Settings, and we stop that AI processing from then on.
