Going at your own pace
There are no streaks, no daily timers, and no penalty for missing a day. One or two sittings a day is plenty. Most are short, and the small practice each one ends with wants a little life before the next — so when something lands, give it a day.
There's nothing to fall behind on. Rushing only costs you the part that actually takes hold. You set the pace, and the work waits for you.
