Your writing and your data

What you write here is yours, and that's built into how it's stored:

It's private. Your writing is encrypted, and we don't read it, sell it, or use it to train anything.

You can take it. Export everything you've written, anytime, on every plan.

You can erase it. Delete your account whenever you want and your data is removed for good.

What we keep is small: your account email (so you can sign in and we can reach you about your account), your subscription status, and the coursework and notes you choose to write. We don't keep your quiz answers — the quiz reads them to build your report and then lets them go.
